Payment information

I. For shipments within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

III. detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Prepayment by Bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account within 2 days, stating the purpose of payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during the order process. For payment by bank transfer, we grant a 10% discount on the gross value of the respective order.

2. Direct debit (SEPA direct debit)

After submitting your bank details and issuing a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit. Please ensure that you provide us with your bank details correctly during the ordering process and that your account has the necessary cover. The collection by direct debit takes place when the goods you ordered leave our warehouse.

3. Credit Card

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

4. Klarna purchase on account / instant bank transfer

Klarna

In Zusammenarbeit mit Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Schweden, bieten wir die folgenden Zahlungsoptionen an. Die Zahlung erfolgt jeweils an Klarna:

  • Invoice ("purchase on account").
    The payment period is 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service.   • Immediately ("SOFORT-Überweisung")                                                          Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.The use of the payment methods invoice, hire purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.     5. Apple Pay & Google Pay

    Apple Pay

    You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple terminal device and comply with the verification steps.     Google Pay

    You can pay with Google Pay during the order process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the mobile app "Google Pay" on a supported device while complying with verification steps.     6. Paypal

    Only a few steps to payment:
    1. choose "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout. 2.
    2. to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. 3.
    3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
    If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary. 4.
    You will then be redirected back to us.

    7. Bancontact

    8. iDEAL

    iDEAL is a Dutch online payment method and therefore only available to customers from the Netherlands. During the payment process, the customer selects EPS, enters the name of his bank and logs into his online banking. Then he checks the pre-filled payment information and authorises his payment.     9. eps-Überweisung

    EPS is an Austrian online payment method and therefore only available to customers from Austria. During the payment process, the customer selects EPS, enters the name of his bank and logs into his online banking. Then he checks the pre-filled payment information and authorises his payment.
